to join our Sales & Marketing team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating corporate and group bookings, managing B2B partnerships, and expanding our client base through field sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new corporate and B2B business opportunities to meet revenue targets
Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and hotel site inspections
Build strong client relationships through effective communication and consistent follow-ups
Promote hotel services, packages, and facilities to prospective clients
Maintain detailed records of sales activities
Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, travel fairs, and networking events
Collaborate with the Reservations and Front Office teams to ensure seamless client experiences
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats
Prepare and present weekly sales reports to the management team
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel sales, field sales, or B2B marketing (hospitality background preferred)
Strong local market knowledge of Kolkata and surrounding areas
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
