ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales executive that shall cater to various regions in Bihar.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, managing and growing dealer relationships, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities in the assigned area.
He will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the Electric Vehicle business.
He is expected to appoint new dealers/distributors and nurture existing relationships with dealers and distributors along with maintaining continuous communication with the dealers to ensure smooth After Sales Service. He will also stay in constant coordination with the head office for availability of the same.
He is also expected to generate potential leads for future sales.
EXPERIENCE: 2 years or more in the EV/Automobile (two-wheeler) industry
QUALIFICATION -
Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Good knowledge of the crushing and screening industry
Familiarity with the market in Odisha and its districts
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelors degree in engineering & business administration or related field
