Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking. Generate leads and convert them into successful sales. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services. Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales, preferably in [industry/sector]. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
