Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, loans, credit cards, and other financial services. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and lead follow-up. Promote and sell banking products and services to individuals and businesses. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by the bank. Educate customers on product features, benefits, and eligibility. Collect and verify all required documents and complete account opening formalities. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Provide feedback to the bank on customer needs, problems, and interests. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:

High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the banking or financial sector. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong customer service attitude and target-oriented mindset. Basic understanding of banking products and services.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in direct selling of banking products like savings accounts, credit cards, or loans. Local language proficiency and knowledge of the assigned territory.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
