Hello Candidates! We are actively hiring for Field Sales Representatives for Mumbai and Surat locations. Position Overview: As a Field Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to lead and manage the sales and marketing activities for XPS Fasteners within your assigned territory or region. You will work closely to develop and execute strategies that drive sales growth and market penetration. This role requires a strong understanding of the fastener industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Sales Management: Develop sales strategies and set sales targets to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners. Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth. Coordinate with other departments such as production, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Marketing Strategy and Execution: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends. Provide input on product development, based on market feedback and customer requirements. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjust strategies as needed, and report on key performance metrics. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and suppliers. Conduct regular meetings and sales presentations to enhance customer knowledge and loyalty. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to expand market reach. Attend trade shows, industry events, and conferences to network and stay updated on industry developments. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Track and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to make informed business decisions. Provide regular updates on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A master\'s degree is a plus. Minimum 2 years experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the fastener industry or a related field. Strong knowledge of fasteners, their applications, and industry standards. Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using CRM software, sales forecasting tools, and MS Office Suite. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory or region.
