We are looking for field project engineer for pune location urgent basis only

The Opportunity

Field Project Coordination and execution:

• Coordinate on-site project activities, ensuring alignment with project plans and schedules.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the field team and the office-based project management staff.
• Oversee and facilitate the execution of field operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• On-site Support: Provide on-site support to customers or clients. This may involve diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with equipment or systems, providing technical guidance, and answering customer questions.
• Installation and Commissioning: Carrying out complete installation of hardware on deployment locations. Hardware will include cameras, controller unit and cabling and routing. This involves understanding installation procedures, configuring equipment, and ensuring that everything is working as expected. Once installation is complete, commission the equipment or system to ensure that it meets performance specifications.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Responsible for providing routine maintenance and repairs for equipment and systems. This includes identifying issues before they become critical, performing regular maintenance tasks, and making repairs as needed.

Logistics and Resource Management:

• Manage logistics for field operations, including equipment, materials, and personnel scheduling.
• Monitor and report on the allocation and utilization of resources on the field.

Communication and Reporting:

• Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
• Prepare and submit regular field reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Ensure all field activities are documented accurately for compliance and reporting purposes.
• Manage and maintain project-related documents, permits, and records.

Quality and Safety Oversight:

• Monitor field activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Enforce safety protocols and procedures on the project site.

Work Environment:

• This role involves working both in an office and at various field sites, with travel to project locations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a field setting.
• Strong organizational and logistical planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced field environment.
