is seeking a dynamic

Field Placement Executive-Vocational Training

to

conduct job drives, build corporate tie-ups, and ensure student placements

. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills with local employers and the ability to connect skilled candidates with job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize

campus/job drives

and facilitate student placements. Build and maintain

corporate tie-ups

for recruitment and internships. Match students' skills to relevant job opportunities in BFSI, Retail, Logistics, IT, and other sectors. Maintain

placement records

and prepare periodic reports. Guide students on

interview preparation and career opportunities

. Achieve

placement targets

aligned with institutional goals.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream. Minimum

1-3 years

of experience in

similar role

Strong

networking and relationship-building

skills with companies. Excellent

communication and coordination

abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and online job portals

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
