Role Description The Field Officer will play a crucial role in overseeing the management of milk procurement and ensuring smooth operations of the milk collection network. This will involve regular communication with farmers, veterinarians, and other stakeholders, collecting milk samples, supervising milk measurement and testing, and monitoring the quality of milk. Role also involves handling complaints and providing suggestions for improvents. This is a full-time on-site role at our location in Phaltan, Maharashtra Qualifications Strong knowledge of milk co-operative societies and milk procurement systems. Experience in liaising with farmers. Knowledge of milk reception, processing, and quality control. Understanding of animal management and veterinary care. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills, including MS Office and email communication. Ability to work in a team and under pressure. Bachelor\'s degree in Veterinary Science, Agriculture, Dairy Technology, or any related field. Experience in the dairy industry is a plus. Fluent in the local language Marathi.
