Job Description
Job responsibilities :
Responsible for physical security operations at the site.
Training of Security Guards and Deployed Manpower.
Responsible for recruitment of manpower.
Responsible for collection of attendance and manpower management.
Responsible for discipline & turn out of security staff deployed on the site.
Responsible for handling queries and concerns of manpower and resolve the same with priority.
Excellent communication skills (written/verbal).
Conduct regular Site Visits
Education:
Any graduate or Post graduate can apply for the job.
Experience:
Candidate must be holding experience as field officer in relevant industry for more than 03 years.
Skills:
Candidate must be holding good communication skills.
Must be presentable.
Knowledge of Ms-word, excel.
