Job Description

We are searching for a field executive who can travel throughout Tamil Nadu, mostly to the major towns of Chennai, Tiruvallur, Coimbatore, Madurai, and Salem for the volume of business.The candidate should be knowledgeable and skilled in the following areas.1. Trade licenses -: Complete Documentation knowledge of trade Licenses under Chennai corporation, Coimbatore corporation, Gudvancheri Municipality, ponamalli municipality, Trichy corporation, Pallavaram corporation, Avadi coporation, Perruvakkam panchayat, Tambaram municipality etcComplete understanding of creating standard affidavits and filling out online trade application formsCoordination with the sanitary officer, health officer, medical officer and commissioner for procurement of Trade licenseCoordination with the Panchayat officer, secretary for obtaining Trade Licenses & Gram Panchayat No objection certificate.2. Shop & establishment -: Complete procedural knowledge of Tamilnadu shop & establishment act 1947, The Tamil Nadu Industrial Establishments (National Festival And Special HolidaysHaving brief knowledge of Online filling of shop and establishment forms and getting it approved from respective zones under shop inspectors of Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy.Good understanding of labor notices and issued for noncompliance by the labour authority under various labour laws.Having good translation skills of notices from Tamil to English.3. Contract Labour Registration as Principal employer-: Complete procedural knowledge of online portal working & submission of principal employer application and amendment applications under Contract labour act.Coordination with the respective assistant labour commissioner or deputy commissioner for approval of principal employer registration of Chennai, Coimbotore, Madurai, Trichy zones.4. Professional tax-: Complete working knowledge of professional tax working and remittance of same.5. Insecticide license-: Complete understanding of Insecticide licenses for household products and having coordination with the agriculture department of Tamil Nadu.Other Departments functioning-: Familiar with the fire department for Fire no objection certificates.Legal metrology department - for stamping and calibration of Weighing instrument, Dealer licenses approval, packing license approvalFood safety department - For FSSAI licensesAgriculture marketing department - APMC Licenses / Mandi licensesDrug & administration department - Drug whole & retail licensesThe candidate should own a personal 2-wheeler for local transportation.Language preferences - English & HindiJob Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary, FresherSalary: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per monthBenefits:
