The company plans to establish its brands by doing intensive promotional activities among the farmers, and aims to attain leadership position in the market as manufacturer of \'Economical and Innovative\' drip irrigation solution. Planning and monitoring field publicity campaigns (BTL activities) like farmers meeting, VAN campaigning, exhibitions, demonstration program etc. on all India basis. ii. Devising market specific Field Promotional strategies and Digital Marketing strategies. iii. Implementation of the above through Territory Managers and Field Officers and monitoring the same. iv. Managing publicity material \xe2\x80\x93 designing, procurement and distribution. v. Supporting Market Survey / Research Qualification and Experience: The candidate must be a graduate in Agricultural Science or Agricultural Engineering preferably with MBA having 3 to 10 years of experience in marketing of drip irrigation or, agricultural inputs. Experience in Agri Marketing is a MUST. This is a challenging opening for Agri Marketing professionals with excellent scope for learning and exposure to all India market.
