Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute field operations, including customer interactions and data collection.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures during field activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align field operations with business goals.

• Provide regular updates and reports on field operations to the RCU team.
• Identify and address any issues or challenges encountered during field work.

• Support the RCU team in achieving its overall objectives and targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in field operations or a similar role, preferably in the banking industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and relevant field operation software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel and work in diverse field locations.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
