The Fiber Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of outside plant fiber networks. This includes conducting site surveys, creating and reviewing network design, and managing projects through completion. Qualifications Outside Plant and Optical Fiber skills Network Design skills Fiber deployment experience Project Management skills Experience using fiber optics technologies and testing tools Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering Critical Experience Experience in Fiber network design engineering for an OSP/ISP - desired Experience in Fiber (OSP/ISP) network through work on at least one of the following areas: design, drafting, permitting, traffic control plan, pole load analysis, JPA Experience working tools: Aramis, AutoCad, Any GIS tool, Waldo, Lumen,Osmose O-calc.
