Key Responsibilities

Staff Management:

Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise employees, providing guidance and feedback to motivate the sales team.

Inventory Control:

Manage stock levels, oversee ordering, conduct regular counts, and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets, analyze sales data, and promote the store's products and services.

Customer Service:

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by training staff to provide excellent service, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a positive store atmosphere.

Store Operations:

Oversee the daily operations, maintain the store's cleanliness and organization, and ensure it is visually appealing.

Financial Management:

Manage budgets, analyze financial records, and monitor store expenses to maintain profitability.

Compliance:

Enforce company policies and procedures, ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, and manage loss prevention.

Marketing and Promotions:

Prepare and arrange promotional materials, develop and implement in-store promotions, and analyze market trends to stay competitive Required Skills Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Analytical skills to interpret sales data and customer trends. Ability to motivate and manage a team. Proficiency in managing budgets, inventory, and store operations.
