Kolors Healthcare, a leading wellness and healthcare provider in Vellore, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Female Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Tamil and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our clients and ensuring the smooth functioning of our front desk operations. Responsibilities: Greet clients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with their needs. Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, ensuring that all client-facing materials are well-presented. Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, redirecting calls to the appropriate departments or individuals. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records accurately. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient handling of client requests. Assist in maintaining an up-to-date schedule of appointments and follow up with clients as necessary. Collaborate with the team to ensure the overall cleanliness and aesthetics of the reception area. Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor, resolving client concerns and complaints in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, especially those related to client privacy and confidentiality.
