Tilak Education Society (Malayalee Linguistic Minority institution) running schools and colleges in various cities for the last 40 years seeks candidates for admin posts for its NAAC Accredited and ISA accredited colleges situated in Seawoods, Navi Mumbai.

Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Manage student and staff records Handle filing, documentation, and official correspondence Assist in admissions, fee recording, and examination-related work Issue certificates, receipts, and forms Support office administration and departmental coordination Basic data entry work.
Graduate with at least 2 years of experience in administrative work and corresponding with various government and non-governmental organizations. Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Good communication, interpersonal skills, and knowledge of English, Hindi, Malayalam and Marathi languages is necessary.
