Roles and Responsibility



Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with department heads to understand training needs and develop targeted programs. Design and deliver engaging training sessions using various methods and materials. Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to improve their performance and career growth. Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, progress, and evaluation results.

Job Requirements



Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the hospitality industry. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to design and deliver effective training programs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design models. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and technologies is an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
