Job Responsibility- Deal with queries from the public and customers, Greet persons entering organization- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization , Answer telephone, screen and direct calls-Managed receptionist area, including greeting visitors and responding to telephone and in-person requests for information.- Took verbal and written messages and transmitted them to exact person/destination.-Selling products and attending customers on the selling floor.-Make sales calls to new and existing customers.-Follow up with customers who have shown an interest in a particular piece and try to close the sale-Displaying the Jewellery, handling cash.-Well speak Good Communicating skills. Grooming-Handling day to day sales of jewellery.-Responsible putting efforts to enhance brand image and visibility of products amongst the customers.- Keeping clients feedback & giving them a follow- up, looking out for stock & inventoryPersonal Qualities:
