Orcapod is looking for FEMALE NON IT RECRUITER, VOICE PROCESS HIRING IS MUST Years of experience - 2-4 yrs Permanently work from home Timings:- 9:30-6:30PM 2nd and 4th sat off Must have own Laptop/Desktop with Internet Connection
: l Must have experience in Voice process hiring. l Screen resumes and job applications. l Conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist qualified candidates. l follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. l Need to create and publish non-technical job ads in various portal. l Must have an excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools, job sites such as Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc., networking sites, and other sourcing methods. l Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings. l Must have an excellent communication skill in English.
