US-based digital marketing agency is looking for a BPO RecruiterRequirements:
- 2+ Years of recruitment experience
- Previous experience interviewing and assessing potential candidates
- Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
- Experience working with a diverse team
- Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
- Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any technical questions a potential hire may have
- Equipment to work from home (computer with processor i3 or equivalent and above, 20 mbps of internet speed and above)
- Monthly base pay
