Job Description
Title: Federal Healthcare Recruiter We are looking for a Federal Healthcare Recruiter to provide recruitment for our Healthcare Contingent Staffing Division. Fosters relationships with clients and other leadership professionals. Our Healthcare Contingent Staffing Division places professionals in the healthcare industry including: RNs, X-ray Techs, LVNs, Medical Receptionist and Medical Assistants around the US. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full lifecycle recruitment and develop creative and innovative strategies for sourcing and acquiring top talent in healthcare PR.
- Design and implement recruitment initiatives that align with the strategic direction of the agency and drive a strong employer branding strategy.
- Enhance sourcing strategies through a variety of channels including the use of social media platforms, employee referral program, building a pipeline of diversified talent.
- Proactively identify and engage "ready now" and "ready later" talent for pipelining and develop a robust network through ongoing relationships with diverse candidate communities.
- Partner with Senior Group Director of Talent Acquisition to drive vision and perform best-in-class recruiting strategies and initiatives.
- Utilize market intelligence to inform compensation strategy and related discussions surrounding base salary vs. total compensation.
