The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Roles & Responsibilities: Primary responsibility is to prepare FEA Model of Rolling-stock Structures (e.g. Electrical cabinets, car body, bogie frames, Interior Cubicles etc.) using commercial Preprocessing software such as Hypermesh, ANSA, Simcenter3D Pre/Post. Perform Linear/Non-linear static analysis using commercial software such as NX-Nastran, Simcenter. Perform Dynamic analysis (Modal, Harmonic, Random Response) using commercial software such as NX-Nastran, Simcenter. Proficient in 2D (Shell Meshing),3D meshing (Hex Meshing) and 1D element creation of sheet metals and Casting Components. Should be able to build /update FE Model as per Analysis requirement. Hands on Experience on Meshing tools such as Hypermesh, ANSA. Must have hands on work Experience in NX Nastran/ Simcenter 3D Solver. Strength, stability, and durability assessment of components. Experience of correlation of CAE results with Lab and Test Track. Perform durability assessment of structures including detailed weld assessments according to the Standards. Experience of correlation of CAE results with Lab and Test Track. Set-up standard processes and knowledge documents for simulations of repeated kind of nature. Required Skills (Technical Competency): Mechanical Engineer graduate/Postgraduate from recognized college/university More than 5 years of experience in CAE/FEA (Finite Element Analysis) for linear, Non-linear, Static, Transient structural and Crash analysis. Experience in Product Design in Rolling-stocks or Automotive is preferred. Should have a basic knowledge of FEA Theory, Strong background in engineering Mechanics and mechanical design. Should have good understanding of fatigue and durability. Knowledge of DVS, IEC or EN standards will be preferred. Strong soft personal skill i.e. team player, quick learner, ability to adapt quickly & effectively etc. Strong traits of courage to take up new challenges and take up new things in proactive manner. Readiness to take up challenging opportunities from Crash simulation and various other types of simulation in new tools.
