Introduction: The role of the Data Analytics Screening Lead in GFCO is to lead a team providing planning management aligned to a particular function within GFCO. This covers aspects of supply and demand planning, forward forecasting and modelling, Business Continuity Management, operations oversight, SLA management, resource planning and incident management. What will you be doing . Delivery of accurate and timely reporting . Performance and People Management: Ensuring all deliverables are intact and people issues are being dealt with appropriately. . Efficiency building with a view to ensure that we are working optimally. . Ensuring that all controls work effectively: Review controls and processes on a timely manner to ensure that they operate effective and efficient. . Document all controls and ensure that the controls repository stays current. . Develop MI reporting to match latest ORAC outputs. . Enhance the current reporting MI where feasible, through the creation of new and enhanced templates. . Ensure a consistency in approach to MI reporting across the TC01 controls landscape. . Produce meaningful data analysis to support control automation and accurate MI within Wholesale Onboarding & Financial Crime Operation . Production of monthly MI for the TC01 Senior Leadership team . Analysis of monthly data for reporting . Respond to ad-hoc requests and communicate the results of any analysis, trends, and MI to a range of audiences whilst effectively managing your workload. What we\'re looking for: . Strong statistical skills and ability to solve problems logically and methodically. . Experience in data manipulation of datasets using Excel/SQL etc. . Minimum Qualification- Graduate. Skills that will help you in the role: . Experience in data visualisation using Tableau. . Able to apply problem solving and understand the concept of continuous improvement. . Will have previously worked in an environment that has enabled them to gain a broad understanding of Financial Services. . Track record in statistics, mathematics, computer science or related scientific disciplines. . Ability to adapt to ambiguous situations and uncertainty where required.
