Core Responsibilities
Boiler operation:
Safely and efficiently operate the FBC boiler for continuous steam and power generation.
Performance monitoring:
Monitor boiler performance using gauges, meters, and the DCS to ensure operational efficiency.
Control and adjustments:
Adjust valves to control the amount of air, water, and fuel, and oversee the fuel injection and combustion processes.
Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance, keep the boiler room clean, and assist with troubleshooting and repairs of both mechanical and electrical systems.
Safety and compliance:
Adhere to all safety procedures and environmental regulations, and respond to alarms and abnormal conditions.
System management:
Manage critical plant parameters and maintain the proper functioning of auxiliary equipment, such as pumps and turbines.
