Job Title: F&B Training Officer

Location: Gurgaon

Department: Food & Beverage

Reporting to: Training Manager / F&B Head
Traveling : Pan India as per requirement

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable F&B Training Officer with a strong hotel management background to train and upskill our food & beverage team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in bar operations, mocktails, shakes, and a solid understanding of the culinary side as well.

-Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver training modules for F&B staff across service, beverage preparation, and culinary basics.
Conduct regular training sessions on bar operations, mocktails, shakes, and kitchen hygiene practices.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training through feedback, assessments, and on-ground observation.
Collaborate with outlet managers and chefs to identify skill gaps and customize training plans.
Ensure all staff follow SOPs and maintain brand standards.
Train new joiners during induction on company F&B expectations.
Maintain training records and provide regular reports to management.
Organize live demos, tastings, and skill competitions to boost engagement and learning.
Requirements:

Graduate in *Hotel Management(mandatory).

2+ years of experience in F&B operations and/or training roles.
Hands-on knowledge of bar techniques, beverage preparation, and culinary basics.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Passion for training and staff development.
Preferred Skills:

Certification in beverage mixology or culinary arts (added advantage).
Experience in casual or fine dining restaurant formats.
Ability to work across locations and flexible schedules.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
