Job Description

Staff Management:

Recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and managing F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.

Customer Service:

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring service quality, addressing complaints, and resolving issues.

Inventory Management:

Monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and managing stock to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as relevant food safety regulations.

Operational Efficiency:

Coordinating with kitchen staff, managing service flow, and optimizing operations to ensure smooth service delivery.

Financial Management:

May be involved in budget management, cost control, and revenue monitoring.

Training and Development:

Mentoring and training staff to enhance their skills and improve overall team performance.

Reporting and Communication:

Providing regular reports to management on staff performance, inventory status, and operational challenges.

Pay: ?27,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
