Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise day-to-day

F&B operations

across QSR counters and dine-in areas. Ensure

food quality, hygiene, and safety standards

are maintained in line with company and regulatory requirements. Train, guide, and motivate team members to deliver

exceptional customer service

. Monitor inventory, oversee stock management, and reduce wastage. Handle

cashiering, billing, and POS operations

efficiently. Maintain staff

scheduling and attendance

, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours. Address guest complaints and feedback promptly to ensure

customer satisfaction

. Support the F&B Manager in

cost control, budgeting, and performance tracking

. Ensure compliance with

SOPs, HACCP, and FSSAI guidelines

. Coordinate with the

kitchen, store, and operations team

for smooth service flow.

Key Requirements:



Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.

2-4 years of experience

in Food & Beverage operations with a

QSR background

(Domino's, McDonald's, KFC, Pizza Hut, etc. preferred). Strong understanding of

QSR operations, hygiene, and food safety protocols

. Excellent

leadership, communication, and people management

skills. Ability to

work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

as per business needs. Hands-on knowledge of

POS systems, stock management, and reporting tools

.
