Job Summary:

The F&B Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the restaurant floor, ensuring smooth service, high-quality food standards, and an exceptional guest experience. The role requires strong leadership, team coordination, and adherence to QSR operational standards, hygiene, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality and consistency in food and service. Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards. Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness are followed as per company and government norms. Manage shift schedules, staff attendance, and performance monitoring. Handle customer feedback or complaints promptly and professionally. Coordinate with kitchen and counter teams for efficient order flow and timely service. Assist the Restaurant Manager in stock control, inventory, and daily sales reporting. Ensure all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are followed and implemented effectively. Train new team members on service protocols, POS handling, and brand standards. Support in upselling menu items and promoting ongoing offers to increase sales.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent. 2-4 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in QSR or casual dining setups. Experience in supervising small to medium teams.

Working Conditions:

Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays. Fast-paced QSR environment with direct customer interaction.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
