The Storekeeper is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining inventory for the banquet halls, including food & beverage supplies, consumables, and other operational materials. The role ensures that all stock is accurately recorded, stored securely, and issued as per company guidelines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

6 months to 1 year
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management
Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock (gaming equipment, F&B supplies like buns, packaged water bottles, pizza bases, cleaning materials, etc.).
Maintain updated and accurate inventory records in the system.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
2. Stock Issuance & Control
Issue stock to different departments based on approved requisitions.
Monitor stock levels and replenish as needed to prevent shortages.
Ensure that all issued stock is documented and signed for.
3. Storage & Organization
Organize inventory in a clean, safe, and easily accessible manner.
Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) practices, especially for consumables.
Ensure storage areas are compliant with safety and hygiene standards.
4. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with the purchase department for restocking requirements.
Communicate with operations, F&B, and gaming teams for inventory needs.
Liaise with vendors for deliveries and quality checks.
5. Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Highlight discrepancies, damages, or losses to management immediately.
Maintain documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a storekeeper/inventory controller (preferably in gaming, entertainment, retail, or hospitality industry).
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and word
Knowledge of Petpooja is a plus (not mandatory).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Physical ability to handle stock movement.
