Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all F&B service areas, kitchens, stewarding areas, and back-of-the-house sections as per hotel SOPs.
Wash, sanitize, and store crockery, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment properly.
Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and stewarding equipment safely.
Assist in the setup and clearance of restaurants, banquets, conferences, and special events.
Support kitchen and service teams during peak hours to ensure smooth service flow.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of food and beverage equipment.
Maintain personal grooming and hygiene standards as per hotel policy.
