Job Description

1. Guest Service



Welcome guests politely and guide them to their tables Present menus and explain food & beverage items Take food and drink orders accurately Serve food and beverages as per service standards

2. Table & Dining Area Management



Set up tables with clean linen, cutlery, crockery, and glassware Clear tables promptly after guests finish Ensure dining areas are clean, tidy, and well-organized

3. Food Handling & Hygiene



Follow hygiene and food safety standards Assist in maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and service areas Handle food and beverages safely to avoid contamination

4. Coordination & Teamwork



Communicate orders clearly to kitchen and bar staff Assist senior waiters and supervisors Support colleagues during peak service hours

5. Billing & Closing Tasks



Assist in preparing bills when required Handle payments or coordinate with the cashier Help in closing duties like cleaning, restocking, and resetting tables

6. Compliance & Standards



Follow hotel/restaurant policies and service SOPs Maintain grooming and uniform standards Ensure guest satisfaction at all times
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
