The F&B Service Trainee will assist the service team in providing excellent guest service in the restaurant, bar, banquets, and other F&B outlets. The trainee will learn standard service procedures, maintain cleanliness, and ensure guest satisfaction while gaining hands-on experience in food and beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Support the service team in setting up and clearing tables.
Serve food and beverages as per standard operating procedures.
Ensure tables, service areas, and equipment are kept clean and organized.
Assist in banquet/restaurant setup and service.
Provide basic information about menu items and take guest orders under supervision.
Learn and follow all safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
Handle guest requests politely and promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
Support colleagues and contribute to team spirit.
