Job Description

The F&B Service Staff is responsible for delivering courteous and efficient food and beverage service to guests, ensuring high service standards, guest satisfaction, and compliance with hotel SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar Serve food and beverages as per service standards Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, service stations, and tables Handle guest requests and complaints politely and promptly Assist in banquet and event service when required Follow hygiene, safety, and service SOPs Upsell menu items and promotions when applicable Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service flow

Skills & Competencies

Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred) Customer service orientation Basic knowledge of food & beverage service Teamwork and time management

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
