will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service, taking and serving orders, and ensuring a warm, professional, and welcoming dining experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus, take food & beverage orders, and serve items accurately and promptly.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation.
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints politely and professionally.
Support cafe operations by coordinating with kitchen and service teams.
Ensure tables are set, cleaned, and reset efficiently.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
Required Skills & Experience:
0-3 years of experience in F&B Service / Restaurants / Cafe industry (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for hospitality and customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible with shifts.
