We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&B Captain to join our team. As an F&B Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction. You will lead and supervise a team of service staff, maintain high standards of food and beverage service, and create a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of service staff, including servers, bussers, and hosts/hostesses.
Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations during service periods.
Greet guests, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, addressing their needs and inquiries.
Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring proper presentation and timing.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area.
Train and mentor new service staff members.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management preferred

Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
