Order Fulfillment:
Serve food and beverages, ensure orders are correct, and address any guest inquiries or concerns.
Cleanliness and Setup:
Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, prepare tables for new guests, and perform general cleaning duties.
Point of Sale:
Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
Health and Safety:
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Additional responsibilities (may vary by role):
Stock and Inventory:
Assist with stocking, restocking, and inventory management for both food and beverage supplies.
Upselling:
Promote and sell food and beverage items to guests.
Teamwork:
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Event Support:
Assist with setting up and breaking down areas for special events, functions, and buffets.
