Present menus and take accurate food & beverage orders
Serve food and beverages as per service standards
Ensure table setup, cleanliness, and mise-en-place
Handle guest queries and resolve basic complaints politely
Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service flow
Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards
Prepare bills and assist in settlement when required
Upsell menu items and promotions
Support opening and closing duties of the outlet
