Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the service team during shifts.
Ensure high-quality guest service with strong knowledge of Pan Asian dishes and beverages.
Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food service.
Train and guide servers and stewards on service standards.
Handle guest queries, feedback, and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and table-setting standards.
Assist in billing, order punching, and stock management of service essentials.
Ensure compliance with restaurant SOPs and safety norms.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-4 years
experience as F&B Captain/Team Leader in a Pan Asian or fine-dining restaurant.
Strong knowledge of Pan Asian cuisine (Sushi, Dim Sums, Ramen, Woks, etc.).
Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
Ability to lead and motivate the service team.
Well-groomed, disciplined, and customer-focused.
