Job Title: F&B Manager (Food and Beverage Manager) Salary:30000-32000/month

Job Summary:As an F&B Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations of the establishment. You will manage and coordinate all aspects of dining services, including menu planning, staff supervision, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities: * Operations Management:

  • Oversee all food and beverage operations, including dining areas, bars, banquets, and room service.
  • Ensure efficient service delivery, maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and evaluate service levels, implementing improvements as necessary.
  • Menu Planning and Development:
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and develop menus that cater to the preferences and demands of the target market.
  • Ensure a diverse and appealing menu selection, considering dietary restrictions, seasonal availability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor menu performance and make adjustments to maximize profitability.
  • Staff Supervision and Training:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise the F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, and banquet personnel.
  • Set performance standards, conduct regular evaluations, and provide feedback and coaching.
  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service and Satisfaction:
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, promptly addressing any concerns or complaints.
  • Monitor feedback and reviews, implementing corrective actions and service enhancements.
  • Train staff to deliver exceptional service and ensure a memorable dining experience for guests.
  • Financial Management:
  • Develop and manage the F&B budget, ensuring profitability and cost control.
  • Monitor revenue, expenses, and inventory levels, implementing strategies to optimize financial performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory.
  • Health and Safety Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in all F&B areas.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Train staff on proper food handling, safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Financial acumen and experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene practices.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in hospitality or business management are preferred.
