Manages and coordinates Public Relations activities that promote revenue growth generation and supports thehotel\'sbrandpositioningandimage from F&B; point of view.LeveragesandexecutessocialmediastrategiesinpartnershipwithMarketing andHotelF&B;managementteams toachievebrandposition.Cultivates andmaintainsmedia relationships to promote brand/property awareness. Works closely with the F&B; Management to collate database and drive memberships as and when needed What will I be doing?

  • Collaborates with Hotel Management, Marketing and F&B; Management on the developmentandexecutionofPublicRelationsstrategiestodriveRevenuethroughtheuse of media relations (print, TV, internet and radio) and social media.Collaborates with and leverages Conrad Pune Marketing & F&B; team for the information.
  • Cultivates and maintains strong, positive guest relationships on a national, regional and local level through personalized pitches, face-to-face meetings and familiarization tours. Primary liaison for guest inquiries and site visits at the hotel. Directly handle media requests, including developing pitch materials and providing media interview support. Develops compelling ideas for pitching stories to media. Maintains creative materials and media site for all F&B; requirements.
  • Collaborates with DOFB & Marcom Manager to maintainhotels\'socialmediachannelstopromotegreatercustomerengagementandto promote special rates, special events and propertyannouncements.Responds to guest requests/feedback on mails after due consultation with the F&B; Management.
  • Workscollaborativelywithkeyinternalteamstodevelopandpromotespecialeventstodrive local and leisure business to the outlet.Develop promotions that are newsworthy.
  • Distributeconcept notes to guests;liaisonwithinfluencers&promoters;proactive placement of stories with local/regional/national database via appropriate medium such as emails, datalekt, sms.
  • RSVP and Guest Management for F&B; Events as and when they happen
  • Drive Database collection and HH Enrolments
  • To meet all guests in the hotel and do satisfaction check and escalate any concerns as and when needed
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.
  • CoordinateswithCorporateF&B; Head for sharing content and creatives
  • Collaborate with Brand PR/Marketing teams on new initiatives.

  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in the Public Relations department of international brand hotels.
  • Possess creative writing skills.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising media planning and printing production.
  • Knowledge in Word, Excel, web and basic knowledge of desktop publishing systems.
  • Organized, detail-oriented and good administrative skill.
