Job Description

Overseeing all F&B operations:

This includes restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and other related areas.

Developing and implementing business plans:

This involves setting revenue and profitability targets, and developing strategies to achieve them.

Ensuring adherence to standards:

Maintaining quality and consistency in food preparation, service, and cleanliness.

Managing inventory and purchasing:

Ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste.

Handling customer complaints:

Addressing concerns promptly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations:

Adhering to food safety standards and other relevant regulations.
2. Staff Management:

Recruiting, hiring, and training staff:

Building a skilled and motivated team.

Scheduling and managing labor costs:

Ensuring efficient staffing levels while meeting budget constraints.

Providing guidance and support to subordinates:

Delegating tasks, mentoring employees, and providing feedback on performance.

Motivating and engaging the team:

Creating a positive and productive work environment.

Managing performance and conducting evaluations:

Ensuring staff meet performance standards.
3. Financial Management:

Developing and managing budgets:

Creating and maintaining financial plans for F&B operations.

Monitoring revenues and expenses:

Tracking financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Controlling costs and maximizing profitability:

Implementing strategies to reduce expenses and increase revenue.

Negotiating supplier contracts:

Securing favorable pricing and terms for food and beverage supplies.
4. Other Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring excellent customer service:

Providing a positive dining experience for guests.

Maintaining a clean and organized environment:

Ensuring all F&B areas are clean and meet hygiene standards.

Developing and implementing marketing strategies:

Promoting F&B offerings to attract customers.

Staying informed about industry trends:

Keeping up-to-date on new trends and techniques in the food and beverage industry.

Developing and implementing quality control programs:

Ensuring consistent food and beverage quality.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
