Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Food & Beverage Operations:



Oversee the day-to-day operations of the F&B department, including restaurants, bars, catering, and banquets. Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service. Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control to maximize profitability. Develop and update menus in collaboration with chefs, considering market trends and customer preferences. Train, supervise, and motivate F&B staff to maintain service excellence. Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

2. Marketing & Promotions:



Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote F&B outlets, events, and special offers. Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website content. Collaborate with designers, PR teams, and agencies for branding, advertising, and promotional materials. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities. Organize and promote events, themed nights, and partnerships to boost footfall and sales. Monitor and report on the ROI of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.

3. Sales & Revenue Management:



Identify new business opportunities (e.g., corporate clients, private events). Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies to increase average spend per customer. Work with the sales team to attract group bookings and loyalty programs. Analyze sales reports and financial data to optimize pricing and profitability.

4. Customer Engagement & Branding:



Enhance the guest experience through innovative concepts and personalized service. Build relationships with influencers, media, and local communities for brand exposure. Maintain a strong online presence with engaging content and review management.

Qualifications & Skills:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.

Experience:

2+ years in F&B operations (restaurants, hotels, or catering). 2+ years in marketing, preferably in hospitality or retail.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving. Proficiency in digital marketing (SEO, social media, Google Analytics). Financial acumen (budgeting, cost control, P&L analysis).

Software:

POS systems, Microsoft Office, Canva, CRM tools.

Work Conditions:



Flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays as needed). Fast-paced environment with multitasking.
