Position Overview:
This F&B Manager role is based out of our Centre of Excellence campus in Hyderabad. We are seeking someone with F&B expertise to hit the ground running with our outstanding Workplace Services (WPS) team based in this office. The key focus of this position will be to lead all aspects of the entire F&B program for Salesforce HYD office including the cafeterias, barista bar, social corners and all on-campus events, as needed.
This position will have to work in partnership with our existing F&B and IFM vendor partners and will be responsible for handling and controlling all vendor related KPIs, SLA and SOWs for the F&B program. From time to time, this position is also encouraged to provide the vital mentorship and support to ensure there is a consistent F&B program in place for all Salesforce offices in India.
The position will report directly to the Director of Real Estate & Workplace Services (REWS) India
Responsibilities:
Lead, coordinate and handle all day to day operations of F&B Services with integrity and ensure excellent delivery of the services on site.
Delivery and handle the expectations of the F&B services to all employees, contractors, visiting leaders, customers, guests and support staff on site.
Handling F&B operations within budget and to the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
Be responsible for and supervise all F&B processes including food delivery and handling.
Delivery of the F&B services to all employees, contractors, guests and support staff on site.
Handle Social corner and Barista bar beverage program and snack offerings.
Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising hard-working personnel
Be the SPOC for day to day critical issues from employees
Assist the Senior Manager of REWS for Hyderabad to develop, monitor and handle for all cafeteria OPEX, CAPEX, expense management initiatives
Monitor the KPI & SLA of our F&B partner and ensure its ground level adherence
Respond to the REWS ticketing system efficiently and effectively
Vendor Management and billing to ensure delivery of services on time and within budget
Lead safety audits for the F&B program and implement measures to ensure adherence to the highest standards as applicable
Drive, develop and implement system for regular cleaning, repair and maintenance of cafeteria and kitchen, continuous process improvements and industry benchmarking
Drive sustainability initiatives including waste management and disposal pertaining to F&B program
Provide crisis management support and its mitigation plans as and when required
Coordinate and partner with internal support functions like Finance, Legal, Physical Security, Procurement, Health & Safety, BU\'s to build a safe, secured and healthy workplace for our employees
Basic Requirements:
8+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in handling F&B services
Ability to think out of the box and bring innovative solutions
Prior experience or exposure to multiple workplace activities such as office events, budget calculations, gauging employee feedback, and workplace services will be an added advantage.
Be a certified F&B professional with knowledge of all regulatory and compliance aspects of handling office food services
Note:
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
Preferred Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Certification in Facilities Management credentials will be an added advantage
Ability to build internal networks and work cross-functional across all support groups
Prior experience in handling F&B for corporates with 2000+ employee count
Ability to write reports, develop presentations
