Job Summary: The Food and Beverage Manager oversees the daily operations of the food and beverage department within a hospitality establishment. This role involves strategic planning, coordination, and management of all F&B activities to ensure exceptional guest experiences and financial profitability. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement F&B strategies aligned with the overall goals of the establishment.Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competition to enhance F&B offerings. Menu Development: Collaborate with chefs to design innovative menus that meet guest expectations. Monitor and adjust menus based on feedback, seasonality, and cost considerations. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage F&B staff, including chefs, waitstaff, and bartenders. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric culture to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Address customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality. Financial Management: Prepare and manage the F&B budget, controlling costs and maximizing profitability. Monitor inventory levels and implement effective cost control measures. Vendor Relations: Negotiate and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effective sourcing. Manage vendor contracts, deliveries, and quality assurance. Events and Banquets: Coordinate and oversee F&B services for events, conferences, and banquets. Ensure seamless execution of catering services and adherence to guest requirements. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and presentation. Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to established standards. Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote F&B services. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions and special events. Reports and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on F&B performance, financials, and guest satisfaction. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in F&B management, with a strong understanding of industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
