Job Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service
Develop and implement F&B strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction
Create menus, beverage lists, and pricing strategies in line with brand standards and customer preferences
Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service
Monitor and manage inventory levels, food costs, and waste reduction
Train, motivate, and manage F&B staff, ensuring exceptional performance and productivity
Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating pricing and contracts as needed
Analyze sales and revenue data, providing regular reports to management
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards

Job Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
2-3 years of experience in F&B management in a hotel or hospitality environment
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, beverage service, and banquet operations
Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and increasing revenue
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and management
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and manage F&B staff
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and brand standards
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time Pay: 925,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month Schedule:
