Job Description

Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests in all F&B outlets. The role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining hygiene and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a professional and welcoming manner. Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions regarding food and beverages. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar. Serve food and drinks promptly and in accordance with service standards. Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues immediately. Clear and reset tables efficiently for the next guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations. Follow proper billing procedures and handle cash/credit transactions if required. Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and grooming standards. Assist in setting up for service, including arranging tables, linens, cutlery, and condiments. Support other team members during peak service times.

Requirements:

Prior experience in F&B service in a hotel, restaurant, or catering environment (freshers with training also considered). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques. Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
