The F&B GSA - Butler is responsible for delivering personalized and high-level service to VIP and long-stay guests, ensuring comfort, satisfaction, and a memorable stay. The role combines food and beverage service, room service, and guest relations, with an emphasis on discretion, attention to detail, and proactive assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests upon arrival and provide seamless check-in/check-out assistance in coordination with the Front Office. Serve meals, beverages, and amenities in guest rooms, suites, or private areas with attention to etiquette and presentation. Assist guests with unpacking, packing, and wardrobe management as required. Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, concierge, and laundry to fulfill special requests. Maintain guest preferences and anticipate needs to deliver highly personalized service. Set up and manage in-room dining, minibar arrangements, and VIP amenities. Handle laundry pickup/delivery and garment pressing with utmost care. Ensure cleanliness and readiness of guest rooms and private dining areas. Maintain daily logs and guest preference profiles in the property management system. Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and follow-up.
