Set up banquet halls, outdoor venues, and catering areas as per event requirements
Serve food and beverages professionally during events and functions
Coordinate with kitchen, logistics, and service teams for smooth operations
Ensure proper food presentation and buffet setup
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas
Assist in crowd handling and guest service during peak hours
Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and courteously
Monitor food portioning and reduce wastage
Ensure timely clearing of tables and event areas after service
Follow safety, grooming, and hospitality standards
Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Knowledge of buffet, plated, and outdoor catering service
Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts
Teamwork and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure during large events
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 10th / 12th pass or Hotel Management / Catering Diploma preferred
1-3 years of experience in banquets, events, or catering service
