Supervise daily operations in restaurants, banquets, room service, and bars
Ensure high standards of guest service and dining experience
Train, guide, and monitor F&B staff for smooth operations
Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other departments for timely service
Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution
Assist in menu planning, promotions, and upselling
Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards as per hotel policies
Check inventory, receive stock, and ensure proper storage
Prepare shift reports, duty rosters, and staff allocation plans
Support management in cost control and revenue generation
Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other hotel standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
2-4 years of experience in F&B Service; at least 1 year supervisory experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of POS systems, service standards, and beverage handling
Ability to work under pressure and in rotational shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?24,000.00 per month
