Supervise day-to-day operations of assigned F&B outlet(s).
Ensure guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service.
Monitor staff performance and provide guidance/training where required.
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service flow.
Assist in preparing duty rosters and staff scheduling.
Monitor inventory, stock usage, and requisitions for F&B items.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained.
Support in planning and executing banquets, events, and promotions.
Assist F&B Manager in achieving revenue targets through upselling and cost control.
